Description
The Pancho Cake is a layered chocolate cherry cake made with light, fluffy sponge cake. This Russian cake is made with a traditional European whipped cream, frosting. To make it start as regular whipped cream: heavy cream, vanilla and sugar. Whipped frosting is then mixed in with sour cream, which gives it a slightly tangy taste. This goes really well with the sweetness of the cake & fillings.
CAKE STORAGE | Cakes should be stored in the fridge and taken out a few hours before they are served. We recommend serving your cake within 2 days of receiving it to maximize its freshness.
